What we collect

Through the enquiry form on this site: your name, email, phone (optional), travel party size, preferred journey, approximate dates, budget range (optional), and any free-text notes you provide. We also receive standard server access logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and analytics purposes.

How we use it

Exclusively to respond to your enquiry, plan your trip, communicate with you about your booking, and coordinate with the lodges, train operators and guides that form part of your itinerary. We retain enquiry records for three years for service-quality and accounting purposes.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with the suppliers necessary to deliver the services in your booking — lodges, PeruRail/Belmond, the Ministry of Culture ticketing system, your guides. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 14 days.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We use only essential session cookies that expire on browser close.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted via HTTPS and processed through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), an established privacy-conscious form provider. Stored data on our internal systems is encrypted at rest.
